We received a 2 pack of the Munchkin Snack Catchers to try out thanks to Munchkin.   The Snack Catcher is perfect for giving to bug while we are in the car.  Before I received these I had to hand him snacks one at a time and now I can just hand him the Snack Catcher and he can enjoy snacking in the car without my help. It is well designed and easy for 2 year old bug to use. And the best part of all is that there is no mess involved.  And the less mess I have to clean up the better.

Strider generously sent me a Strider running bike for Little Bug. I have to admit I was a little skeptical that my almost 2 year old would be able to use this bike. But I was really excited to see if he would be able to ride it, so when it arrived I put it together right away. (Assembly was very easy, you just have to put on the front wheel and the handle bars). Bug watched anxiously wanting to play with this new toy. Then as I stood it up, he grabbed the handle bars and threw his leg over and began walking with the bike. I had seriously under estimated him! We then took it outside and I watched as he had a blast with his new “Big boy bike”! He mostly walks along with the bike, but we have had it for a few weeks now and he is starting to sit on the seat a little more. It will be no time before he is sitting on the seat and scooting along with his legs. The other thing about this bike that impressed me was how light weight it is. It weighs less than 7 pounds, yeah bug can pick it up! That makes it so easy for him to maneuver the bike. Also the handle bars and seat adjust, so right now we have it on the lowest setting with is perfect for him. And we will be able to raise it as he grows. I am really excited that he is learning balance and coordination. It is awesome that he will be riding a peddle bike without ever using training wheels. I will definitely keep you all posted on his Strider bike progress. I give this bike an A+! It is so great! Skip the tricycles and training wheels, we are!

Little Bug likes that he now has a “special plate” because up until now I haven’t given him plates I have just been setting his food on the highchair tray. So when I set it down he gets that “Yeah, I’m a big boy now” look on his face. I have been a SAHM since he was born and I am loving every second of it! (Shout out to my hubby for making that possible). Becoming a mommy is the best thing that ever happened for me! Before I had my son I worked as a Dental Assistant and really enjoyed it. I started The Bragging Mommy site as something fun to do and soon discovered it was much more than that to me. It has become a passion and I absolutely love running the site, trying out new products, and writing reviews. Some of the things me and my ‘little bug’ love: laughing, cuddling and watching movies together, going to the park, our 2 dogs (bug calls them Puppies), swimming, playing, dancing around the house, when daddy comes home, cookies, singing, and all things related to having fun!

    Bug and I got to review a SpiderBall from Monkey Business Sports. SpiderBalls are the soft bouncing balls with wiggly legs! Bug has a ton of fun playing with it and he really likes that it doesn’t roll away. Right now we are having serious issues when it comes to playing with balls because bug gets super frustrated when they ball rolls away.     cwbabySince little bug was a baby he has had a traditional bumper in his crib. I had read that traditional bumpers are not very safe, but at the same time I didn’t think it is very nice to make a baby go without a bumper.     Thanks to It’s a Glam Thing and Rada Pro, I was sent the Rada Pro Nail Station to review. I really like it a lot. It is designed to make at home manicures and pedicures easier. It is nice how it has a moveable tray that holds all of your supplies (Q-tips, cotton balls, files, polish, etc…). It also comes with a nail polish remover pump bottle which is nice because you can use one hand to apply remover. But my favorite thing of all is the polish bottle holder. It tilts to whatever angle you want and you never have to worry about your polish spilling again!

I love how it has so many different pockets so there is a place for everything. I also love that it has a bottle/cup holder so I can put little bugs sippy in it. We have ours in our car right now and it has eliminated all the clutter. Little Bugs stuff was everywhere! My car is finally organized, and everything is easy to reach and find. It is super easy to use, you just place food inside, squeeze and viola you are ready to feed your baby. There is even a spoon that snaps into the handle, so that makes it very convenient. It is also a great size for carrying in your diaper bag. No matter where you go, you are ready to feed your baby adult foods. It is very well made and I can tell it will last for a really long time. It is a must have for anyone with a baby. I really wish I would have had one when bug was a baby. I would have used it every day. Not to mention how much time and money it would have saved me on making/buying baby foods.I will be using the wean machine with the rest of my babies to come. This Mommy Loves The Wean Machine!

    When Angie contacted me to do a review, I took one look at her Tricky Bug Paper Art etsy shop and immediately knew that I wanted to tell you all about her work. She makes such beautiful handmade cards, invitations, shadow boxes, scrapbook layouts, notebooks, and more! You can see all her items by clicking here. So I decided that I had to have a one of her Shadow Boxes with a picture of little bug in it. This is the Shadow Box that she made for me (on the left). I had to take Little Bug’s face out for his privacy. It is so amazing, and even more so when you can see his pic! I just have to say that this picture doesn’t do justice to how amazing it looks in person. Her Shadow Boxes are 12×12 so they are a really nice size. And she works with you to come up with the design. She asked what I was looking for and I said something Boy-ish without being Kid-ish (cause I wanted it to match my home decor). Later that night she emailed me with a bunch of paper samples to choose from and I chose this one. The next day she emailed me a photo of it all put together, but not glued down. She always double checks to make sure you don’t want anything changed. Then I told her it looked awesome and she sent it out to me. This was all done within a week! Talk about fast! And when my package arrived I was so pleasantly surprised to see she wraps each item so cute to look like a gifts, I felt like it was my birthday. And she even sent me extra goodies including a notebook and some adorable greeting cards. She is such a sweetheart. Thanks Angie. My Shadow Box of Little Bug is so gorgeous, words cannot even express how much I love love love it! She really is so talented and great to work with! And all of her work is Gorgeous!

    A little about how the name came to be:

    “My two year old son is enthralled by those pesky ladybug-like beetles – he calls them “tricky bugs”. Kids truly are the most creative people I know!
