Tier Toys has some of the most innovative toys I have ever seen! That’s why I was so excited when I received the Noah’s Ark Stacker from Tier Toys! I couldn’t wait to break it out and play with it…I mean have Leah play with it. I love that this cool Ark has 12 levels of storage and 44 play figures! The figures range from elephants to monkeys and they even have Kangaroos, since Tier Toys is based out of Australia! I love that the figures all fit nicely into the ark and they are plastic, so even if your child (like mine) still puts things into their mouth, they can’t break or bend! I love the primary colors that is uses and is so simple but fun.

The Noah’s Ark is not only a great Toddler Toy BUT it can entertain older children as well! This ark not only serves as a great playing area BUT also a puzzle as you figure out exactly how the ark stacks.

When Waterpik said I could review their Sensonic Professional Toothbrush I was very excited to try it out. The first thing I love about it is the way it looks. It just looks so nice sitting on my bathroom counter. It comes with 2 brushes, an Advanced Brush and a Small brush. This is perfect for us because I use the Advanced Brush for me and switch out to the smaller brush for bug. It also comes with an Interdental brush which is for reaching the trouble areas between teeth, and a base stand which also charges it. After I use this toothbrush I feel like I have just had a professional dental cleaning, and I love that feeling! It is a million times better than using a regular old toothbrush. I will never go back to one again!

I personally love goby, isn’t that just the cutest little fish? But I love it for so much more than just the adorable fishy, or as my son would say “shishy”. It is so nice to have a place where all us parents and grandparents can go to search for fun and exciting things to do with our families. I especially love how the results come up with images and maps since I am a very visual person. I just recently searched for children’s activities in my area and found a children’s museum that I hadn’t ever heard of about 30 min. away. I received the cutest outfit for Leah from Kicky Pants to review. It was a darling striped pink, brown, white and green Polo shirt and matching pants. I couldn’t wait to try it on Leah, it looked so cute and the material was to die for! I was sent the Fisher Price Newborn Rock ‘n Play Sleeper to review. This was perfect timing since my sister in law recently had a baby (he is now 5 weeks old). I have been watching him for her quite a bit, but haven’t had anything for him to sleep in. I was either holding him or having him nap in his car seat. So I was excited to finally have something to let him sleep comfortably in. It was really easy to put together (took me only a few minutes) and once my sister in law brought her baby over and saw this sleeper she loved it. So I gave it to her as a new baby gift. She was so excited! Now when she brings him over she folds up the sleeper and easily brings it along with him. It is perfect. She said she has been using it during the day for him to nap in while she is doing household chores and he has also been sleeping in it at night next to their bed. She said he actually sleeps for longer periods at night now that he is sleeping in it. I love everything about it as well. It is very well designed and I completely recommend this baby sleeper to anyone who has or is about to have a newborn baby. I will definitely be buying one when I am pregnant with my next baby!

Reel Moments is responsible for launching 14 directorial debuts by some of the most powerful women in Hollywood over the past five years. Before you read any further, check out Kate Hudson’s popular Reel Moments film here, an awesome and poignant story which stars Virginia Madsen, Dakota Fanning and the uber-popular Kristen Stewart. Hello?!? How awesome would it be to see ladies like these act out your parenting experience? Other past directors include Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, Courtney Cox, and more.

Each short film is inspired by real stories and YOURS could be next! Those selected will actually get to meet and consult with A-List directors to get their stories told. I don’t know if any of you ladies watch desperate housewives but I just recently got addicted (I have been watching the first season set on dvd), I know I’m a little behind. One of the moms has 3 boys who are insanely hyper and VERY active (2 of them twins). It is LOL hillarious but I find myself relating to her character more and more as my 2 1/2 year old son grows. It is all the crazy chaotic moments, like for example when I was excersizing the other day (I do a 20 min. video) and once I finished I walked upstairs to find a chocolate milk massacre! Every inch of the carpet was covered, all the doors were covered in splatter and running lines, it literally looked like the crime scene from the death of a “chocolate milk cow”. At moments like that I just want to sit down and cry for hours. But as all moms will tell you, it is the tender and quiet moments that make it all worth while. Like the other day when I was laying on the couch reading a book and my son came over, hopped up on my lap and said “I yuv you mama, I yuv you, I yuv you!”. My heart melts and I forget all the crazy times. He is SO WORTH every second of it all!

I can’t even begin to imagine how awesome it would be to have one of my real life stories turned into a short film, and to be played by one of the A-list actresses would be incredible. It is fun to think, who would play ME best? That is definitely something to think about…hmmmm…..

Why hasn’t anyone thought of this before? No more chasing the food around! I really love this bowl. The non-slip rubber on the bottom is great, and it is heavy enough to really stay in place. My son is in the early stages of self feeding with utensils and he did really well with this set. He had some yogurt with the spoon and still needed a little help but did better than with his regular baby bowls. He stayed cleaner too! I really think this will come in handy as Harrison keeps learning to self feed. I am really excited to try it in a few months when Ruben starts solid foods- I am going to love feeding him with just one hand! The bowl is really easy to clean- foods don’t get stuck on. And I could live in the Butterfly Kiss Dress, it is super comfortable. I can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I can start wearing it out. It is going to be my favorite spring dress. So far every item I have received from DownEast Basics (and there have been many) has exceeded my expectations. Each item is well made from super comfy fabric and look really great on. DownEast Basics has won a very special place in my clothing shop-aholic heart!!

♥ I recently was able to review a really great site “Can I get the Recipe?” I love it because I can go there and plan out my weekly menu, using their fantastic recipes and shopping lists. It is so easy and there are recipes for anyones taste buds. One of the best dishes I tried was the Chicken, Mushrooms and Parmesan with Orzo. The recipe was easy. I had my shopping list right there and they even give you tips on how to omit the chicken to make this a vegetarian dish. WOW! They also mention how this makes a great left over lunch dish. Um, yeah. I actually ate it cold in sandwich form with a slice of wheat bread and it was so tasty. I eat a lot of hot dishes cold, in sandwich form. LOL You should try this one that way for sure. I also love that Can I get the Recipe? includes featured cookbooks as well as reviews and giveaways. You can win great kitchen gadgets. Who wouldn’t love that!!! I really enjoyed my time spent on their site and will go back often to find great recipes for my family. I was also very thankful that they sent me a wonderful cookbook to review.

The Best of Chef at Home… Essential Recipes for Today’s Kitchen…. It is a fantastic cookbook using everyday ingredients that are easily found at your local grocery store. Chef Michael Smith brings you the best in home comfort foods as well as fancy dishes that are easy to make. He even suggests how you should experiment with your own dishes. Working with different flavors and ingredients. Some great recipes for his cookbook can be found right on Can I get the Recipes? site. be present sent me their French Terry Resort Pants to review and they are SOOOOOO comfy. I live in these pants when I am at home, I am going to have to order myself a few more pairs! The fit is great but they are really long so I had to hem them up since I am short (I’m only 5’4”). But that is no big deal, now I have a custom length fit. The fact that they are so long is really nice for all you tall people out there I love wearing these to exercise at the gym as well as to lounge in and feel comfy at home. And did I mention I look really cute while wearing them? These pants look really good on which makes me feel great!

The easiest way for me to drink enough water has always been using water bottles. I have a HUGE love of pop (sorry, I’m from Minnesota and it’s pop, not soda!) and if I’m thirsty, the only thing that is going to keep me from grabbing a quick can, is grabbing a quick bottle of water. We have used filtered water pitchers in our house before, but the whole “taking it out of the fridge, pouring into a cup thing” sounds like too much of a process when a pop is so much easier… =) Enter ZeroWater. I am very happy with my ZeroWater Pitcher!

Glasses USA Prescription Eyeglasses Review

♥ I received a very cute pair of glasses from Glasses USA. I was very pleased with the selection they have to choose from. There are classic frames, retro frames, rimless, full frame and more to choose from in many different colors as well. When I got them in the mail, I tried them right on. The Rx was perfect and the quality of the frame was really nice. They even came in a sturdy glasses case with a lens cleaner. I have already referred Glasses USA to my family and friends. Their prices can’t be beat and with the large selection, you will definitely want to get your glasses there. If you happen to get glasses from your Dr.s office and break the frame or scratch the lens, they will not replace it the majority of the time because insurance will not cover it. Including children who are in between child and adult frames. ♥

I have to say that when I first thought of ordering glasses over the internet I was a little skeptical. Can they really fit, and look good, and be the right prescription? YES! I don’t wear glasses but my sister does so I had her help me with this review. She had such a hard time deciding which eyeglass frames she wanted because there were so many cute ones to choose from. Eventually she did choose, and she was so excited when I told her that her glasses had arrived, she couldn’t wait to come over and try them on. They fit her perfectly, the prescription was right on and they look great on her. She was really impressed by the quality of the glasses. Even more so by their prices, she said it is a steal compared to buying from her eye doctor. She is now hooked on Glasses USA, and she won’t be buying anywhere else. Kidorable Review and Umbrella Giveaway [CLOSED]

Kidorable has some of the cutest rain wear that I have ever seen! I was so excited to review the Polka Dots Raincoat in the English Rose section. Leah looked so darn cute in her raincoat I was just waiting for it to rain or snow! I love that the raincoat is so colorful and comfortable and really kid friendly! Leah could wear this all the time and eat and drink and it would just wipe off. I also really love that their is a coordinating set of rainboots, hangers, umbrellas etc.

And the fact that they are Dinosaur’s immediately won a place for them in bug’s heart. His new obsession is all things Dinosaur. He loves to wear them and they are perfect for him to wear while stomping through the mud puddles in our back yard. I am also really impressed by the quality of the boots. They are very heavy duty and I know they will last through all of my next kids. It is great that you can get a whole matching set for them to wear as well. So fun! I love Kidorable!!”

I absolutely love my son’s crib. It’s beautiful. And I really want it to stay that way, which is why I was very excited to review the CribWrap rail cover. Especially once I looked over all the colors, and found blue and brown polka dots! (Goes SO well with his nursery). It’s really easy to put on, it only takes a minute, which is great for quickly taking it off and throwing it in the wash. The ties work pretty cool- you pull them through a hole in the front, so that it doesn’t tie on the inside of the crib, only the outside. Now there’s no worry of Harrison untying it while he’s alone in his crib. Before using the crib rail cover, we had a plastic one. It may have protected our wood, but is that any better for my son to gnaw on? Not to mention that the CribWrap is so much cuter! This is such a great idea, and they would a great gift for any baby!
