♥ I was very excited at the opportunity to review “The Body Fat Solution” book by Tome Venuto. It is a super informative weight loss book that will help you reprogram your life to help maintain a perfect weight fit for your body. I myself have struggle since having kids, keeping the weight off. I used to be fit, played sports all through school and once I started my family, I let my health go. I have gone up and down on the scale losing up to 40 lbs. Then just gaining it back. With The Body Fat Solution, I am happy to say I a down 15 lbs. Yeah! I believe Venuto’s 5 principles are key to losing weight. I am living proof. Thank you Tom for publishing this amazing weight loss book.
