I am always looking for a good book to read whether it’s an informative book, fiction, non fiction or just plain funny. Well Momover, The New Mom’s Guide to Getting it Back Together (even if you never had it in the first place!) by Dana Wood is all of those and more! I started reading this book but not from the beginning. I started from the chapter I would enjoy the most or that most applied to my way of thinking as of right now. That is one thing I love about this book! You don’t have to read it from cover to cover (but you can if you want), you can read whichever chapters you want first and finish the rest later!
“Because there’s no one on Planet Earth more time-starved than a weary new mom, the book is divided into three easy-to-wrap-your-mind-around chunks: Getting It Together Mentally, Getting It Together Physically and Getting It Together Emotionally & Spiritually. (Essentially, mind, body and spirit.) So you can just dive in and out, cherry-picking the precise info you need at any given moment.” (Mom Over website)
I decided to start the chapter Getting It Together Physically and I checked out Chapter 11: Breast Intentions.” Now if you are like me I always wondered what the heck happened when I had my baby to that part of my body? Now I know! I loved this book, it was witty and insightful and just plain fun!
