You'll first of all need to heat the water; you then turn the heat off and add dry malt extract into the brewing pot which should consist of grains of tied muslin. You'll then reapply the heat and really boil up the brew, then add bittering hops and leave to boil. Then put the last bag of muslin bag and hop in and the wort in after five minutes, right at the end of the boil. Leave the pot to cool right until the pot is not too hot to touch, and then sanitize the wort and then spoon.
