Wild Creations Eco Aquarium Frogs Review and Giveaway [CLOSED]

“Our belief at Wild Creations™ is grounded in an understanding of this interconnection and developed in the context of a close relationship with the earth and cosmos and a profound reverence for animals, plants, soil, water, and air.”-Wild Creations Website

I have a huge ‘froggy’ fan in my house.  Little bug just can’t get enough of visiting “his” frogs at our local Aquarium.  So when Wild Creations said they were sending their Classic EcoAquarium Starter Kit for us to review I couldn’t wait to see bugs reaction.  So everything is sent in one package, live frogs and all.  So you want to make sure your home when the package arrives.  You also need to have a gallon of fresh spring water on hand so you are ready for them.  When our package arrived bug was so excited, “My foggies are here!”.  Setting up the  frog aquarium was fast and easy.  We put the live rocks on the bottom, then rinse the decorative rocks with the spring water and place them on top of the live rocks.  Then you place the bamboo plant in the corner and use the provided decorative rock to help keep the plant in place.  Then we filled it up with the spring water and placed the frogs inside.  They are so cute and small (only about the size of a nickel).  We have so much fun watching them in the tank as they swim.  They make us laugh because they will swim and them freeze and hold really still while in a standing position.  LOL!  Bug named them Jack and Sally, after the characters from his favorite movie The Nightmare Before Christmas. We have had so much fun with our frogs, but what I love most about this Aquarium is that it is an eco system aquarium, so it takes care of itself.  The live rocks on the bottom keep the tank clean and feed the bamboo plant.  The bamboo plant provides air for the frogs.  You only have to switch out the water every 3 months, but you never have to take everything out of the tank to clean it.  And the frogs only have to be feed 2 times a week.  The kit they sent me included a years supply of food.  These are the perfect very fun low maintenance pet for your kids!

Things that are Brag Worthy:

  • Easy set up
  • You only have to feed the frogs twice a week
  • Comes with a years supply of food
  • The tank cleans itself
  • Only have to change the water every 3 months
  •  Fun and Educational
  • Your kids will love their new frogs!
