I love getting books to help me learn more things on how to communicate with my little girl. Sometimes I feel like she is speaking a whole other language…oh wait, she is!

Baby Body Signs by Joan Liebermann-Smith, Ph.D., and Jacqueline Nardi Egan is a great book on how to learn what your baby is saying when she or he doesn’t say anything at all. Being a parent is easy at times and really hard at other times. Especially being a first time parent like I am.

I wish I had known of this book with Leah was an infant, it would have made life so much easier! I see one little change in her behavior or looks and I wonder what the heck is wrong with my child? This book explains it all and more!

This book is a guide to your child’s health. I especially love that you can look up any symptom or word in the back and for the most part it will direct you to the exact page you need to read. I love the section on behaviors and teeth. I never know if Leah is teething or she just likes putting lots of things into her mouth and chewing on her fingers. That section really put things into perspective.
