Say Hello to my new favorite Umbrella Stroller…

The Joovy Scooter!

An umbrella stroller is a vital part of my life.  The are smaller than full sized strollers, are more lightweight, making them a great choice for my trips around town running errands, or to the pool.  Before I got the Joovy Scooter Stroller to review I thought my umbrella stroller was doing a good job.  But now that I have tried the Scooter, I can never go back!  I have to say my favorite thing about this stroller is the storage basket.  It is HUGE! And I mean huge, especially for an umbrella stroller.  My old umbrella stroller had a basket that was so hard to get things in and out, I pretty much wrote it off all together.  But the Scooter has a large basket that I can easily fit my diaper bag in along with other necessities for our days out. Isn’t that fabulous?!  I just can’t say enough about how much I love the basket.  But I will move on to the other fabulous features.  It has a cup holder between the handles (perfect for a sippy or bottle of water) and a zippered pocket below it for keeping items close for easy access (like cell phones, keys, pacifiers). 

It has an oversized canopy with a retractable sun visor for great protection from the sun and wind.  Even when I stand with bug facing the sun head on the canopy shades his face.  That is a huge plus because bug gets really mad when he has sun on his face.  He says “Don’t hurt me sun!”

The seat reclines to a 149° making it easy and comfortable for bug to nap while we are out and about.  It is easy to recline with just one hand!

It has an adjustable five point harness system for safety, very important.  And it is easy to buckle and unbuckle it.  The fabric is very durable and will easily hold up through all your little ones.

It is available in 3 colors, Orangie, Greenie, or Black.  It is easy to fold and open. It folds small enough to easily fit my car trunk or backseat.   It can be used with Graco infant car seats, making it a stroller you can use from start to finish.  Bug is a tall 2.5 year old and he still fits comfortably under the canopy. The seat is larger than the seats of umbrella strollers I have seen in the past, making it a more comfortable ride for bug.  I seriously love everything about this umbrella stroller.  If you see me out and about, you will see me pushing my Orangie Joovy Scooter, I love love love it (and so does bug)!
