I would love for all of my kids to speak Spanish. In fact, when my first daughter was born, my husband (who speaks fluent Spanish) was determined to teach her everything he knew. Unfortunately, after a few years, we got out of the habit of practicing with her and she forgot all but a few words.

Now, with Kids Love Spanish, my children can be introduced to a foreign language with little effort. Kids Love Spanish teaches basic Spanish words that are used in my home EVERYDAY. By using repetitive teaching methods, bright colors, numerous examples of each word, and engaging music, my girls have been able to pick up on the words very quickly. This set of DVD’s will help teach your children Spanish and it doesn’t matter if you know the language or not!!! In fact, I have found that I am learning right along with my children just by hearing the DVD’s play in the background.

I would LOVE to win these DVD’s as I have been saying for the past few months to my husband that i want to get some spanish dvd’s for our 3-year old son as I know that every year that passes it gets harder to learn a foreign language. My son is part hispanic, but neither my husband nor I speak Spanish and I really want to give that part of his heritage to him.

My spouse and I moved from Vermont, to Worcester, MA right before the high of the economic crisis, looking for work.
We were unaware that this area in the city has a majority of spanish speaking residents/ immigrants. Culturally its nice, but difficult for our kids to connect to the others, with such a language barrier. We don’t have the money for pre-school or kindergarten and have met many other kids at the park, but they are all either spanish, albanian or sudanese. I would be thrilled and grateful for an opportunity to teach my kids some language skills so that they can connect and communicate with the other little ones they see so often. thanks.
