I received these products for my review. All opinions are my own.
Owner of a century-old US candy company and mother of two, Christine Lantinen, gathered a crack team of researchers to develop an environmentally-friendly Easter egg made in the United States from plants. “We saw an opportunity to make a difference and are proud to bring the business home,” she said. Plastic Easter eggs were made in the U.S. up until about 15 years ago when most of the production was moved overseas. Today costs in China continue to rise so it is cost competitive for us to produce the eggs. Additionally, eco eggs are made from plants, 100% renewable content, vs traditional petroleum-based plastic. Safe for kids and easy on our pocketbooks…we love this product and know you will too!

Easter is just around the corner- are you ready? Easter is one of my very favorite holidays. Being a pretty strong Christian, it is a holiday that celebrates my Savior’s sacrifice and I love to just stop and reflect on the meaning of that. But just because I enjoy celebrating the true meaning of Easter, doesn’t mean I don’t LOVE the fun that comes along with it too! Bunnies, eggs, chocolate… what could be better? It also celebrates SPRING which is my favorite season, being a Minnesotan.
But have you ever thought about those plastic eggs? They really do a number on the environment. Well, I’m excited to tell you about eco eggs! They have come up with an awesome product that is safe for the environment, for your kiddos, and are just as adorable and practical as any other Easter eggs! I love that they are made in the USA, and that they are made with 100% Renewable Content without toxins or other gross stuff and its made from PLANTS! How cool is that? And they can still be used year to year just like other eggs. They open and close perfectly, which I cannot say for the cheapo eggs you can buy. They also sell eco grass which is made from recycled paper which I LOVE! Be sure to get some easter supplies before it’s too late!
