I was excited to try out the Tanda Zap from Tanda Skincare. I still get blemishes and I wanted to try something new to get rid of them quickly. Once my Tanda Zap arrived I read the very simple instructions and started zapping the few blemishes I had. You can use it up to 3 times daily. So that is what I did. You simply place it on your blemish then press the button. Then 3 things happen:

PMD At Home Microdermabrasion Device Review

Now that I am a year older (my birthday was last month) I decided it was time to start an anti-aging routine for my face. I haven’t ever used anything special for my face. That obviously hasn’t been working too well, because I can definitely see some fine lines & uneven skin tone working their way in. I started exfoliating with a homemade sugar scrub a few months ago which was fine, but I got really excited to try out the PMD because I knew it would give me quicker results!

I have been using Famous Dave’s Self Tanner for a few weeks now & I am really enjoying it. I can definitely see a big difference when I use it, and my skin is not so pasty white! It doesn’t make my skin really dark, but I have only been applying it every 3-4 days and then I use a cheaper store brand in between those days so I can maintain the color. I’ve already told you how much I love good soap. I really, really love it!

I was sent a couple bars of Sweet Sally’s Soaps and was very excited to use them! I chose the Charcoal and Tea Tree Handmade Soap & the Coconut Milk Soap.

Charcoal and Tea Tree Handmade Soap-(Ingredients: Saponified Olive, Coconut, Palm, Almond, and Castor Oils, Shea Butter, Calendula Oil, Activated Charcoal, Rhassoul Clay, and Tea Tree Essential Oil.)

“If you are looking for a great facial soap this is it. Activated Charcoal is widely know for its detoxifying qualities. It removes impurities from your skin making this a great soap for acne prone skin, but it does not dry your skin out. It also contains tea tree oil and rhassoul clay both beneficial in the treatment of acne. Last but not least it has calendula oil know for its healing properties.”

I am using this organic soap in place of my face wash. My face always has some kind of blemish, so when I read what this soap could do, I knew it would be perfect for me! I have only been using it for about a week, so I haven’t seen too much of a difference yet, but I am holding out hope Winking smile . I CAN tell you that it removes my make-up like a pro (no mascara left behind), and it doesn’t dry out my skin. I am more of a fruit-scented kind of girl, so I’m not too fond of the smell of this soap, but if it improves my skin then I am a FAN!!

Coconut Milk Handmade Soap (This soap has added shea butter, almond and castor oils and coconut milk)

Goat Milk Stuff let me choose 3 full-sized bars of natural soap. It was difficult to choose…there were a lot of scents that I wanted to try, but I narrowed it down and this is what they sent me:

How much can one say about soap?

Well I can say a lot about the Goat Milk Soap that showed up at my doorstep. First of all, I could smell it before I even opened the package. It was amazing. After I opened the package, I set the bars of soap on my dresser and left to do a few things. When I walked back into my bedroom, it was like I had put an air freshener in there. My room smelled wonderful and I was tempted to just let the soap sit and make my room smell delicious. But I couldn’t resist….plus I needed to review the soaps Winking smile .

Currently, I am using the Foot Scrubby and the Black Raspberry Bar. I hate what winter does to my skin. I usually feel itchy all the time even after I lather on the lotion. But the Black Raspberry bar has done wonders for me. I still use lotion, but I haven’t had one day of the itchiness that use to drive me CRAZY!

Now the Foot Scrubby is great. It is a loofah sponge filled with soap and I use it exactly how you would think….I scrub my feet with it. It’s a great way to exfoliate and keep my feet soft & smooth (I NEED this soap for the summer months!) They both lather really well too, which was pleasantly surprising. I am not a big fan of soap that doesn’t lather…..it makes me feel like it isn’t doing it’s job.

The bars I received were about 6 ounces. I started using the the Black Raspberry bar on November 20th, and I am almost about 3/4 of the way through it (and I use it everyday). So they last a good while. I store mine outside the shower so I can get as many uses as possible out of them!

I was really excited to be able to choose several things from the Prairie Essence store. I decided to choose Peppermint soap, Almond Lotion, Blueberry lip balm and Warm Prairie Fire Soap.

I am a sucker for yummy soaps, lotions and lip balm. I couldn’t wait to try all of my new products out. I absolutely LOVED the Sweet Almond lotion. It was so sweet smelling and it made my hands and feet feel really soft, it is also made with a natural source of vitamins.

The Lip balm and Soaps were equally as pleasing! I really like the smell of peppermint and the soap did it justice without being overwhelming.

I love creative fun items not only for the body but also the home. I couldn’t wait to receive some great stuff from Bath n Body & Country Candles. I was able to review Lemon Sugar Scrub, Facial Cream, Silk Protein Hair Mist scented in Pink Grapefruit, and some Soy Melt Tarts.

I LOVED the scent of the Lemon Sugar Scrub and it’s great to put on those rough areas, like the heals of your feet and rough hands. The sugar scrub left my skin feeling so soft and smooth and gave it a great lemon scent.

I was really excited to also try out their hair care like the Silk Protein Hair Mist, it had such a great Pink Grapefruit scent and is an awesome leave in hair conditioner. I even used it on my daughters hair to get out the tangles and it worked perfectly!

I have to admit that I wouldn’t say I had acne, but I’ve always been someone who has at least 3 or 4 visible zits on her face, not to mention blackheads. The kits come with 4 different products. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Purifying Cleanser
Wet skin with tepid or lukewarm water. Squeeze a pea size amount of cleanser onto fingertips. Massage gently onto face to produce lather. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Repeat morning and night or up to three times daily as needed.
Step 2: Balancing Toner
Squeeze a small amount of the Balancing Toner onto a cotton ball or pad. Apply moderately to your face, neck or any other acne affected areas. Allow Toner to dry. Use twice daily with Blemish-Free Acne Treatment Lotion or as needed.
Step 3: Blemish-Free Acne Treatment Lotion
Apply to face, neck, back and other blemish prone areas. Do not rinse off lotion. Start with one application daily. Increase application to 2 times a day (once in the morning and once at night) or use up to 3 times daily if needed.
The Acne Spot Treatment Cream is recommended for use only to spot treat active blemishes.
