I’m a huge Nasoya fan, so I was very excited when I was asked to use their Chipotle TofuBaked in a recipe! I love anything simple. And tofu thats already marinated, seasoned, baked, and ready to eat? Yes please! The first thing that sprang to my mind was obviously the restaurant Chipotle, which I love. Sofritas burrito, anyone? See below for a SUPER easy recipe that has you enjoying Chipotle Sofritas right from home! It is ridiculously simple, and I love that you can make it different ways for different family members- I made a salad for myself, but this could EASILY be used for burritos or tacos!
