But there could be more options that can save you like burning the candle at both ends. These alternatives can make your workplace more happening and relieve stress at a fast speed.   1. Drink more water

Drinking lots of water is a perfect way to get instant energy. Experts also recommend drinking as much water and hydrating your body.  Water also helps to flush out impurities from your body. While working if you feel low, intake a glass of water. You will see immediate results. Your body will start working like doing the first work of the day. 

  1. Add some snacks  

When you feel boredom and hunger is daunting, then take a tour and bring your snacks. If you wish, you can bring home-made snacks as a healthy meal.
