I have a lot of upper back shoulders and neck tension. It just always seems to be so tight and that causes me pain. I hold a lot of my stress in those areas. I am always looking for ways to help me relax and improve in those areas. I got this portable back massager from MOUNTRAX and it is my new favorite back massager!
I really love the portability of it. It isn’t big or bulky so it’s easy to move around my house. It also comes with a car power adaptor so you can use it in your car. This would be perfect for long road trips and providing some relief to your back muscles.
It has a heat feature and it gets nice and warm, and it happens quickly. I could feel the heat a couple seconds after pushing the on button.
