Huggies wants to give us all a chance to turn our moments of ingenuity into awesome products that help our days go smoother and improves our lives as parents. They are in their third year of Huggies® MomInspired™ grant program.
We’ve all had a few great ideas here and there, but did you ever think you could actually turn that small idea in your head, into an actual product? With Huggies, it’s possible! They celebrate the natural creativity of real moms, who are the greatest resource for solving real parenting challenges in every day life.
Huggies® awards picks moms to grant money to so they can take their inspiration to the next level and develop it into a unique baby or child care product. They awarded 21 grants in 2010 and 2011. They provide resources and seed capital to help fund business startups and new product innovations inspired by motherhood.
Previous Huggies® MomInspired™ grant recipients have developed products such as:
- Nausea relief band to ease pregnancy symptoms
- Magnetic baby clothing for easy diaper changes
- Sleep coaching
