My husband and I have been trying to eat healthier and loose weight. My husband has been doing a great job of tracking his calories and running every other night. I am not doing so hot! I will admit I DO NOT under any circumstances weight myself. Since having Charlotte and over the last year I have gained some weight which I have been trying to loose. I say that it is all knowing meaning I can plug in height, male or female, age, whether I am active or not and it will calculate my BMI which will then help me to pick out my daily calorie intake! My husband has been using this scale and he loves it. He goes running and uses the scale to calculate his BMI. He has also been using it to track his daily calorie intake and has lost almost 10 lbs so far!
