Gearing up for the New Peanuts Movie with Tyson Nuggets and Crispy Strips at Sam’s Club!

I grew up watching Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang and really wanted to introduce my girls to the classic show! My kids have been dying to see the new Peanuts movie but had never seen the classics. So I decided why not gear up for the new movie with a Peanuts classic movie marathon! My girls thought Snoopy was cute, Charlie Brown was silly, Peppermint Patty was pretty and of course Linus was sweet!

Tyson® Chicken Nuggets and Chicken Strips from Sam’s Club have teamed up with THE PEANUTS MOVIE to make things fun!

We decided to have a little snack with our Movie Marathon and what better way to feed my girls than with yummy Tyson® Crispy Strips! My family buys the Tyson® Strips all the time to make family meals. I decided to try a fun new recipe from Tyson Foods.  It is originally Flying Ace’s Bone (love that Red Baron!)

But I decided to make them look like mummies for Halloween.  Using Tyson® Chicken Strips I cooked those halfway (about 10 mins) then I took refrigerated Crescent Rolls and cut into strips and wrapped around to look like mummies and finished cooking another 10 minutes or so then dot with ketchup eyes.

 

The girls could decorate if they wanted with different sauces. My girls are not big on sauces and dipping so they opted to have a sauce free mummy.

They LOVED the Tyson® Chicken Strip Mummies! Tyson Chicken Nuggets are also available at Sam’s Club.  You can make these adorable ghost nuggets by cooking the nuggets as the package says, then cut holes in mozzarella cheese (for eyes) and place it over the nuggets.  Cook 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

We actually use Tyson® Chicken Strips all the time! I am all about fast, fun and easy when it comes to cooking. I like to use the Tyson® Chicken Strips in place of breading and frying chicken, it’s so much easier!

Chicken Parmesan using Tyson Chicken Strips

• Cook Chicken Strips according to package
• Make Favorite or Buy your Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
• Make Spaghetti
• Once Chicken is done then pour tomato sauce onto the Tyson® Chicken Strips and Spaghetti Noodles, top with Parmesan Cheese.

The girls absolutely loved watching the Peanuts classic shows, they also are going to start watching one a night to gear up for THE PEANUTS MOVIE!  It is now playing in theaters!

I can’t wait to take my kiddos to see the Peanuts Movie which is now playing in theaters!
