I currently expecting baby #3 and I get more and more excited each to day to meet my sweet baby. Since my kids are spaced 4 years apart, I had forgotten just how much stuff a baby needs. From baby furniture, to diapers, a carseat, blankets, bibs and the list goes on and on.
In order to get ready for the baby I have been getting everything I need in advance. Unfortunately this hasn’t been a very easy pregnancy for me and so I can’t do as much as I am used to. I have been saving my energy by shopping for my baby gear and more, online. Hayneedle has a great selection of baby products, and everything else you can think of really. So it is a great place to shop online.
I found this Fisher Price Infant to Toddler Rocker and new it was a must have for baby. (and I was right)
It comes unassembled, but was really simple to put together and only took about 15 minutes. It does require 2 C batteries if you want the soothing vibration option to work.
I love the bright colors! So much fun. The button on the front is how you turn the soothing vibration on and off. It has a kickstand on the bottom which controls the ability for it to be rocking and non-rocking.
In non rocking it is a great seat for a small and new baby. The toy bar gives baby something fun to look at and the vibrations can calm and soothe baby. It also has a little seat belt for baby.
When the kick stand is up, you can rock baby.
The headrest adjusts to two positions. One is more reclined and the other sits up more.
Take the toy bar off (it is easily removable) and you can even slip the seat belt out the back to make it a toddler rocker.
This can be used as a cute little rocking chair for your toddler up to 40 lbs. My daughter is 4 and just under 40 lbs. and here she is sitting in this rocker. I love that you can get so much use out of a baby product. Very smart design!
