Are you busy?

Chances are, you are! I am. I’m a mom. I cook 3 meals a day. I wash dishes. I wipe snotty noses. I make doctor appointments. Oh, yea… and I stay active and healthy. I have even gone above and beyond now that I have my Fitbit ONE! Here’s a few ways I get it done:

  • Cleaning my house BURNS CALORIES! Skipped the gym today? Get in a workout by just picking up the house- clean one thing at a time to bump up the number of steps!
  • DRINK WATER. It boosts your metabolism. It’s an easy way to burn more calories.
  • Go for a walk- you’ll boost your daily steps and get your kids out of the house and some fresh air

It’s an extra break from your kids and helps motivate you to go to the gym!
  • Put your workouts into your calendar and treat them like an important appointment. Then you can schedule around them and are less likely to skip.
