I am such a huge fan of Jennie-O Turkey, especially when they make my life easier! I was able to try out their amazingly easy and delicious all natural Turkey Breast Tenderloin- it was seriously good. And I put it in the crock pot about four hours before dinner with some spices and a sauce mix. And then we ate it. And that was fabulous.
We also LOVED the Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Breast- we came home from church one Sunday and I wasn’t sure what to feed my hungry crowd. Last minute decided to slice up this turkey breast and made the BEST sandwiches ever! And then the turkey breast just kept on going meal after meal, and we never grew tired of it. Yum yum. I actually really enjoyed having some unsliced turkey breast- it stayed really fresh, and I knew it wasn’t packed with preservatives and other yucky stuff the deli turkey that comes in a bag or container do.

If you have a slow cooker and a JENNIE-O® Turkey Tenderloin, you have a delicious dinner in little to no time. Talk about a time saver! Try this kid-approved Pulled Turkey Barbecue Sandwich for an easy weeknight meal!
Pulled Turkey Barbecue Sandwiches
Ah, the slow cooker. Place ingredients inside, leave it alone for a bit, and bam…magical turkey perfection. And when you toss the turkey on a bun with some homemade coleslaw, you get magical low-fat dinner perfection!
- 1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Breast Tenderloins
- 1 cup low-sodium barbecue sauce
- 6 buns, split
- ½ cup coleslaw
- Combine turkey and barbecue sauce in slow cooker. Cook on HIGH 3 hours or LOW 6 hours. Always cook turkey to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
- Remove turkey from slow cooker. Reserve ¼ cup sauce mixture. Shred turkey with fork.
- Top bottom half of bun with turkey mixture. Drizzle with reserved sauce. Add coleslaw. Cover with bun top.
