{Brag Worthy Christmas} D.I.Y Ornaments Crayola Products + $25 Walmart GC & Crayola Products Prize Pack Giveaway [CLOSED]

My son is 6 now and he loves working on projects and crafts together.  We were sent a very fun package from Crayola full of wonderful products for us to use for a holiday craft together.

We decided to make ornaments for the Christmas tree.  My son was very excited!  We decided to make a Christmas tree ornament and a winter wonderland ornament.

For these ornaments you will need:

  • Cardstock paper
  • Crayola Model Magic
  • Crayola Glitter Glue
  • Crayola Washable Markers
  • Crayola Colored Pencils
  • Pipe cleaners

First we cut out the tree shapes on the paper, then we decorated the tree with the Crayola Glitter Glue and used the Model Magic to make ornaments and stuck them on the tree.  Then we punched a hole through the top, stuck the pipe cleaner through and tied it.

Next we decided to make our Winter wonderland ornament a blue square, we cut it out.  Then we created snow, and a snowman out of the Crayola Model Magic.  I used the Crayola Colored Pencils to draw arms for the snow man.  I used model magic in black for the eyes, then I drew on a carrot nose and a mouth using the Crayola Washable Markers.  We drew little snowflakes and “Let it Snow” using Crayola blue and white glitter glue.

Here is how my son’s ornaments turned out.  I was very impressed since he did it all by himself!  They are so cute and I treasure them Smile

My son enjoyed using the Crayola Model Magic so much he even made a Batman ornament out of it.

These ornaments were very fun to make and even better was the quality time I got to spend with my son making memories.  That is priceless.

I just love seeing his cute ornaments on the tree!

Another great idea is to make these a little smaller and they would make very adorable gift tags!
