I love the holidays, one of my fondest memories is eating at my brothers house on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. When I was single I didn’t really have anyplace to go for the Holidays because I lived in Utah and my parents and friends lived in Arizona. But I had 1 brother who lived in Utah a couple hours away and they would always invite me over for the holidays. The thing I loved most was my brothers homemade deep fried shrimp, chicken and fries! I could eat those all the time and they are so dang good! I always wondered how they got that perfect crispness and now I know…a deep fryer!
A deep fryer is so useful especially around the holidays when we seem to cook a lot more than normal. I also love that I can throw in fries and chicken strips or nuggets and instead of waiting 20 mins for them to be done it only takes a few minutes.
