“This simple birthday banner includes two separate banners for the words happy & BIRTHDAY. The letters are cut from black card stock & sewn together with clear thread. Happy is cut as all lower case letters, and looks like all one piece of paper, but each letter is separate (they hang pretty well to look like one, though you may want to tape the tail ends to the next letter to avoid shifting). The H in happy is about 9.5 inches high, while the Y in happy is about 11.5 inches long. Birthday is cut in all caps & each letter is about 7 inches tall.”
Both of my boys have their birthdays right around Christmas… throw Jesus in there, and we just call it birthday season. =) So it’s only appropriate that we put up a big, gorgeous Happy Birthday banner to celebrate! I am so happy with my sign from Caitlin’s Creations. It’s it FABULOUS? What a great addition to a birthday photo op! The thread she uses to string the letters together is very thin, almost like fishing wire, which is so great because then you can hardly see it at all! And it’s totally invisible in photos. The only thing is it can get tangled, so just be sure to be careful when putting up and taking down.
Caitlin has other great handmade party supplies, like cupcake holders and other types of banners. I really like the Happy Anniversary one as well- what a simple, but impactful way to let someone know their special day means so much!
Things that are Brag Worthy:
- All items are homemade
- Beautiful designs
