Cooking with Trader Joe’s Cookbook: Easy Lunch Boxes Review

Pack lunches FAST with food from Trader Joe’s and EasyLunchboxes. With wit, warmth, and imagination, Kelly Lester, creator of the EasyLunchbox System, along with 32 of her friends (who just happen to be lunch-packing experts!) share their stories, favorite recipes, and time-saving tips to make lunch-packing madness a thing of the past. (If you don’t have a TJ’s in your town yet, the ingredients in this book can be swapped with items available at your local grocer!)

Making sure my sweet little boys get proper nutrition is so important to me. I have struggled with my weight my whole life, and helping them eat healthy from the very beginning is huge. I was super excited to be able to review Cooking with Trader Joe’s Cookbook – Easy Lunch Boxes. They have the greatest ideas, and can really help you pack lunches fast! I have tried the Tortilla Pizza, A Good Chicken Nugget, and Heavenly Cranberry Granola Bites. My boys have loved them ALL! Especially the Heavenly Cranberry Granola Bites. There are seriously an endless amount of great ideas for the best lunch boxes. I love that it’s using Trader Joe’s food, since we JUST got one here in Rochester. And, if you don’t have a Trader Joe’s near you, they ingredients can be easily swapped with foods found at any grocery store. Be sure to check out this AWESOME cookbook today!

About Joanna

I am a mom to two sweet elementary-school boys named Harrison & Ruben. They are my greatest gift! I have a degree in Early Childhood Education, and my life revolves around little people- I work as a nanny as well as being a mom. We live in Minnesota, therefore we love summertime. =) Life consists of lots of books, walks in the woods, church, friends, grandparents, Minecraft, football and soccer, music, play-dates, wine (only some of us), love, kisses, and of course, blogging.
