Disney Pixar's Cars 3 Now in Theaters! My Review #Cars3

I went to an advanced screening for this review, all opinions are my own.

My girls have been super excited to see Cars 3 and it did not disappoint! Cars 3 is a really fun movie from Disney that is fun for the whole family! Lightning McQueen (played by Owen Wilson) is back racing again and he couldn’t be more pumped until….he is basically called the OLD guy! All of the newer and faster models are beating him at his favorite thing….racing! His racing friends are now retiring because they were told they were too old to race.

SIMPLY STERLING — In “Cars 3,” Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) is invited to train at the brand-new, elite, high-tech Rust-eze Racing Center, run by an always-dapper, brilliant businesscar named Sterling. Lighting with the help of his friends needs to figure out a way to beat the newer, faster cars and win that Piston Cup!

We absolutely loved Cars3, my girls laughed and thought Mater of course was hilarious! They also really loved the new character Cruz Ramirez played by Cristela Alonzo. I love that the movie kept to the same heartfelt and funny script! It’s about trying and not giving up even when you are told you can’t do something!

SIMULATED SPEED — Tech-savvy trainer Cruz Ramirez (voice of Cristela Alonzo) is armed with cutting-edge tools—like a racing simulator—to help turn racers-in-training into champions. But Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) isn’t a fan of Cruz’s high-tech techniques and decides instead to return to his roots—bringing his skeptical trainer along for the ride.
