Disney Pixar’s Brave Movie Review ~ See it in 3D in Theaters Today

brave

My Daughter who is almost 4 has been talking non stop about going to see Brave since she saw the Previews! We actually went and saw it today and she LOVED it! We were able to participate in some fun activities like getting war paint and a balloon bow and arrow. brave_widescreen_03

I am in love with the storyline of Brave. It is the first Disney/Pixar movie with a Female Heroin that saves herself! Merida is a young lady who is supposed to pick a suitor BUT doesn’t want to get married quite yet. She goes against an age old tradition and decides to change her own fate and destiny. Which also upsets the 3 additional clans who bring their eligible sons. Her Mother Elinor and her love each other but just don’t see eye to eye on certain number of things. So Merida who is a very skilleBrave-Meridad archer decides to change her own fate. She turns to an eccentric witch who helps her change her fate but not quite how Merida expects. It takes courage, bravery and a little swallowing of pride for her to make things right. This movie has 3 little rascal brothers who lighten the mood and help her in the end.brave_widescreen_04

This movie has fun, excitement, humor and adventure! Leah actually sat through the entire movie and didn’t get up or ask for anything, she was glued! This is a must see movie!
