My kids were counting down the days to this release on Blu-ray since seeing it in theaters. They couldn’t wait to own it and were over the moon when it arrived. If you haven’t seen Frozen yet, I cannot recommend it enough. I LOVE this movie! (That is probably an understatement). It is my favorite Disney movie of all time! Yes of all time! It is cute and funny and sweet and beautiful. The story is moving and I absolutely love how it is a tale about sister love (instead of romance).
The music in this movie is phenomenal! We immediately downloaded the soundtrack after seeing it in theaters and have been enjoying it regularly since. We really love every song, our favorite song being “Let it Go”. It’s powerful and so beautiful!
I was sent the Disney Frozen Collector’s Edition Blu-ray Combo Pack to review. It includes the Blu-ray, the DVD, and a Digital Copy. I love having all three of the platforms so my kids can watch it no matter where we are. The quality of the Blu-ray is excellent. In fact it is better than any other animated movies I have seen on Blu-ray. It’s clear and bright and vibrant. It’s gorgeous!
We also enjoyed watching the special features. I loved seeing the deleted scenes and learning about the development of the characters. The Making of Frozen song is very cute and fun to see.
