Even YOU can cook like a gourmet Chef with Chef Shamy Gourmet Butters! + Giveaway

So I have a bit of a confession…my name is Briann and I am addicted to DFS Gourmet Foods Chef Shamy Gourmet Butters! I recently met with Dave Shamy one of the owners of Chef Shamy Gourmet Butters and he provided me with 6 different flavors of Gourmet Butter to sample.

I first fell in love with Chef Shamy Gourmet Butters when I happened to be shopping in Sam’s Club and they were doing a showcase with samples of their delicious butter! I happened to have my girls with me and of course we had to try all the flavors available. I won’t lie I circled back about 4 times or maybe more. I finally had to buy some! The flavors that I tried at the showcase were the Garlic Butter (with Real Parmesan Cheese!), French Onion, Honey Butter Vanilla Bean and the Honey Butter Cinnamon & Brown Sugar.

I am not a big fan of onion BUT the French Onion Gourmet Butter was awesome! They served it on grilled cheese and it is delicious. I also tried the Garlic on grilled cheese and a quesadilla. The 2 sweeter butters were served with pita bread.

What I love about these butters is they can be used on or with anything! These butters can be left out of the fridge for 2-3 weeks depending how fast you eat them .( Except for the saute’ butters.) They can also be kept in the fridge for a year and in the freezer for 2 years! These are real butters with no artificial additives or flavors.

I have used the Garlic butter on pita quesadillas a lot. Preheat the oven to 350 then slather the garlic butter on the pita bread add shredded cheese set directly onto the oven rack for 5 mins and it is a simple, easy, flavorful quesadilla.

The Chef Shamy website has a ton of recipes to try out. After speaking with Mr. Shamy ( he gave me tips like adding the southwestern saute’ butter to rice to make spanish rice…delish!

I decided to go home and try out the Saute’ Garlic & Herb Butter on chicken.

My husband grilled up some chicken just with the butter and it seriously was THE best and most moist chicken I have ever had. My girls devoured it!

My girls love the Vanilla Bean and Cinnamon & Brown Sugar butter on french toast, waffles, pancakes, graham crackers and more!

One really cool thing that Dave mentioned was that he received a phone call from the happiest customer he has ever seen. Her kids were suffering from malnutrition because they didn’t eat much and she had tried everything. One day she tried Chef Shamy Butter on everything she cooked and the kids suddenly started eating better and looking more healthy. They were eating veggies smothered in butter and gaining weight! She was sobbing and it completely changed the way her family ate!

I know I will be trying these on anything and everything, especially veggies!
