Finally, a Diaper That’s Soft on Baby and Kind to the Earth.

BC Babycare is a quickly growing brand in the US, offering a full range of baby essentials from feeding and nursery to play and travel gear. In March, they launched their first diaper in the US, making for a worthy alternative to the likes of Coterie and Huggies.

Instead of the traditional blend of wood pulp and polymer found in most diapers, Cloud Skin uses a 100% super absorbent polymer (SAP) core with no tree-based fluff pulp at all. According to the brand, the polymer can absorb up to 40 times its weight in liquid, dramatically more efficient than wood pulp alone.

That efficiency also matters on a bigger scale, as the global diaper industry actually relies on millions of tons of virgin wood pulp each year. By some estimates, the diapers used by a single child over time require the equivalent of several trees’ worth of pulp. By eliminating wood pulp completely from the absorbent layer. CLOUD SKIN diaper is making a big difference here.

What surprised me most, though, was how this material innovation translates into everyday comfort. After testing the diapers for a full week, I honestly found it hard to go back. The design offers a noticeably thinner, less bulky fit, allowing my baby to move more freely without bunching under clothes. Even overnight, a single diaper held up perfectly. The inner liner also feels exceptionally soft and hasn’t caused any rash on my baby’s skin.

You can shop for Cloud Skin diapers at www.bcbabycare.com. Their subscription plan also includes 15% off.
