I absolutely love to read and I have tried to instill that in my girls also. Fortunately both my girls love to be read to and Leah is really trying hard to read on her own and she is doing great! Workman Publishers sent me several different books from several different authors to enjoy.
One of the first ones they sent was a cute book by Sandra Boynton called The Bunny Rabbit Show! I absolutely love Sandra Boynton, her books are quirky, fun and super cute! The Bunny Rabbit Show is a cute book about Bunnies who are putting on a show and several animals who wants to be just like them! “Bunnies are very welcoming, so everyone (Boynton’s pigs, sheep, chickens, and YOU) can come join the chorus line—bunny ears mandatory, of course” (Workman website)
Sandra Boynton also sells other really awesome books. We have several of them! One of our favorites is Belly Button book, super cute!

Charlotte really loved the Indestructibles by Kate Merritt that we received. The 2 books we received are Baby PeekaBoo and Baby Night Night.
These are both simple books that Leah actually was able to read! Charlotte loved them and loved the simple pictures. I love that these can be stomped on, get wet, dirty etc. and they are still as nice as can be!

The Pocket Piggies books by Richard Austin were a big hit with both the girls!
Leah and Charlotte both really loved each page of Pocket Piggies Numbers and Pocket Piggies Colors! Charlotte loved telling me each color on the page and Leah loved being able to read this!

We also received several Star Wars Workbooks one for Kindergarten and one for a 1st Grader
Leah absolutely had a blast working in these books! She wanted to keep going even though it was time for bed! She really started getting the hang of them and I really think these are going to help her Reading!
We also loved the Eyelike Stickers Wild Animals and Space books we received. Leah loves animals and it was fun for her to be able to identify a lot of the animals in the book.
In fact she is learning about Polar Bears in school and that was her favorite page!
