Ford v Ferrari Film Review~ Now Playing In Theaters! #FORDvFERRARI

I attended an advance screening of this film.  All opinions are my own.

“Academy Award®-winners Matt Damon and Christian Bale star in FORD v FERRARI, based on the remarkable true story of the visionary American car designer Carroll Shelby (Damon) and the fearless British-born driver Ken Miles (Bale), who together battled corporate interference, the laws of physics, and their own personal demons to build a revolutionary race car for Ford Motor Company and take on the dominating race cars of Enzo Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in France in 1966.”-©20th Century Fox

I have been very excited to see the movie Ford v Ferrari.  I thought that the trailers looked so good.  I also love Matt Damon and Christian Bale.  I thought that this movie was so good.

The whole cast in this movie was great.  I thought that Matt Damon and Christian Bale had fantastic chemistry together.  They are one of the main reasons that this movie works so well.

I really enjoyed the storyline and the flow of the movie.  This movie is 2 and a half hours long.  It did not feel like it. The movie has a great pace.  There were also a lot of funny moments in the film.

There were a lot of fantastic driving and race sequences in the film.  They were choreographed and filmed well.  The racing scenes made the film so exciting.

I really liked how the filmmakers discussed the engineering and building the race cars.  It was fun to learn about how race cars were developed and evolved.

This movie is rated PG-13 for “some language and peril.”  There were some intense racing sequences and some course language in the film.  I do think that most teenagers would be okay seeing this film.  I wouldn’t recommend this movie for little kids, especially because it is a longer film.

I loved Ford v Ferrari.  I hope it receives some award recognition in the next few months.  I definitely plan on seeing this movie again.

Ford v Ferrari gets bragging rights!
