It is so much fun watching my 1 year old explore the world around her. I love introducing her to new toys so when Habro offered to send us their new Color Me Hungry Hippo toy for review I couldn’t wait to see what she thought of it.

Baby girl was so excited and anxiously awaited as I took it out of the packaging. It comes with batteries so baby can start playing right away (they are just demo batteries but so far have lasted through all our play time without having to replace them).
I showed her how to “feed” the Hippo. She caught right on and started saying “mmmmmm” as she put the shape in the Hippo’s mouth. So cute!
It has different settings; colors, shapes, counting, & foods. Depending on which setting you are on (by pressing the purple button on the foot) it will say “blue” or “blueberries” or “one”. You can also switch it to Spanish.
I love that the tummy lights up with the corresponding color. The tummy opens so baby can access the shapes and start again.
It also plays music and sings songs as baby plays. It is such a cute toy and baby girl LOVES playing with it.
I highly recommend this baby toy! It’s adorable and so much fun!
