I am SO SO SO excited to tell you about an awesome new product that I have had the pleasure of enjoying- the Fitbit ONE! Everything you think you know about a pedometer is enhanced- this thing tracks your steps, your calories, your sleep, your stair climbs, how active you are… and it all syncs with your computer, phone, or tablet WIRELESSLY! Amazing. It is so detailed, it gives you a chart showing how active you are at different times of the day. It is incredible how just being able to see the numbers of how many steps I’ve taken or how many stairs I’ve climbed, REALLY motivates me to keep going and get active. To push harder and farther. To actually clean my house, because I can burn calories while I do! I’ve even started walking the track at the gym a few times before every workout, just to make sure I reach my daily step goal of 10,000. I absolutely love this thing, and I can’t wait to tell you more after I’ve been using it for a while!
