Fruit and veggie smoothies are another perfect option for your kids. They are quick and easy recipes to make and they can help you get some nutrients into your child that they might not prefer in their food. Blending fruits and veggies into a smoothie is a better option since it keeps the fibers intact. Your twins can therefore obtain all the minerals, vitamins, fibers, and proteins from the smoothie.
