In my home oral care is an important part of our daily routine. I was a dental assistant for years and so I know how important oral hygiene and visiting the dentist in Worcester is. I have seen the worst of the worst when it comes to a lack of oral care. So I want to make sure my family, especially my children have good oral care habits.
Most people brush regularly but fail to floss and or use mouth wash. Those are both very important steps that should not be skipped. Luckily for me, my son is really great at making sure to brush, floss and use mouthwash/fluoride rinse. I love that he is diligent with his oral care and hope it continues. He is very excited to use the new LISTERINE SMART RINSE that we just got. He was thrilled that his favorite Super heroes are on the bottle. Having your child’s favorite characters (super heroes, princesses, etc…) can get them more excited about using a rinse.
As far as my oral care goes, it could use some improvement. Back when I was a dental assistant (before I had kids) I flossed and used mouthwash everyday without fail. But now my life is hectic and lets face it, I am lucky if I’m not too tired at the end of the day to brush my teeth. I really need to be better at flossing more often and using a mouthwash as well. So I am glad LISTERINE has sent me an awesome pack of products to try out.
It looks like an awesome pack of products. I look forward to trying the Gentle gum care floss because I don’t floss often enough and I think that will be a great way to get back into it without hurting my gums.
