Isn't It Romantic Film Review~ Opens Today in Theaters!! #IsntItRomantic

I attended an advanced screening of this film. All opinions are my own.

“From New Line Cinema comes the romantic comedy “Isn’t It Romantic,” starring Rebel Wilson (“How to Be Single,” the “Pitch Perfect” films), Liam Hemsworth (the “Hunger Games” films), Adam Devine (“The Intern,” the “Pitch Perfect” films) and Priyanka Chopra (“Quantico,” “Baywatch”), under the direction of Todd Strauss-Schulson (“A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas,” “The Final Girls”).

New York City architect Natalie works hard to get noticed at her job but is more likely to be asked to deliver coffee and bagels than to design the city’s next skyscraper. And if things weren’t bad enough, Natalie, a lifelong cynic when it comes to love, has an encounter with a mugger that renders her unconscious, waking to discover that her life has suddenly become her worst nightmare—a romantic comedy—and she is the leading lady.

I am a big fan of Rebel Wilson and I have been so excited to see Isn’t It Romantic. My friend and I thought this movie was really funny.

Rebel Wilson and the whole cast were absolutely hilarious in this movie. This movie takes every romantic movie cliché and makes fun of them. I loved that this movie did not take itself too seriously. The humor was so ridiculous and over the top. I loved the soundtrack of the movie. Several musical hits from other romantic comedies are featured in the film. There are some fun musical numbers in the film.

I will say this movie definitely earns its PG-13 rating. There is quite a bit of language and sexual humor. In my opinion, it is definitely an adult movie. I would say it is inappropriate for children and probably most teenagers.
