My boys are still toddlers… 2&3. But I’m ALREADY terrified of of them becoming teenagers. Now I finally understand what my mom meant when she said she stayed up worrying at night until we came home. I always thought in my teenage arrogance that she was crazy, but I now understand the full meaning. And now we are faced with all this new technology, where my kids can find even more trouble than I was able to. The idea of using Verizon Family Locator is already starting to ease my worries. I can guarantee I will be using it as soon as my boys get phones. It sends you alerts when they get to school, and leave school. Love that! Heaven forbid anything terrifying should happen, like a kidnapping, you will still know EXACTLY where your child is. Pure genius. And once your kids start driving- it tells you where they are traveling and how fast they are going! WOW! I know some people are against being able to “spy” on their children, but I’m all for it. Look, when they are in their junior and senior year, maybe restrictions will come down a bit. But if they want a car when they turn 16, you better believe I will use this technology to be sure they are driving safe, and that I know where they are.
