With Valentine’s Day being this past Monday, it has had me thinking a lot about love. Not just about the love I have for others but about the love I have for myself.
Before I started the Nutrisystem diet I was overweight and I wasn’t taking care of my body. I wasn’t eating healthy or excersizing. Two things that my body really needs me to do for it. This was not only taking it’s tole on me physically but also emotionally. I found myself not wanting to go out with friends or any social gathering, because I didn’t feel good about my appearance.
I started the Nutrisystem diet and began a regular excersize routine. I immediately started to feel better about myself. I think it was just because I knew I was taking control of my health and making a change in my body.
Once I started to see a change in my body and began to lose weight I started feeling better and better. While I still have more weight to lose, I am so filled with confidence right now! I am loving this feeling, I can’t wait for the next time I get to go out and be social with friends. I feel like I am finally loving myself and loving being in my own skin again.
