Oral hygiene is so important to me since I used to work as a dental assistant. I have seen first hand what happens when people don’t take care of their teeth/mouths. So I try to instill a good oral hygiene routine with my son who is five. He has learned how to brush his teeth well on his own and he doesn’t argue when it’s time to brush or floss, he wants healthy teeth too.
