It’s a week of celebrations, my friends!!!
5.1 pounds down. In one week. Eeek!
How awesome is that? Honestly something I never thought was possible. Huge, huge thank you to Nutrisystem!

I am really loving this plan. Don’t get me wrong, it’s hard at times. It’s hard to have to adjust to smaller portions and not always getting to participate in social functions in the same way that I used to. But let me tell you it’s WORKING and it’s WORTH IT! I was not looking for an easy out, I was just looking for something that worked. My weight was totally out of control and I needed something to reign me in. And Nutrisystem was just that thing.
The food is seriously delicious. Out of all the breakfasts, lunch, dinners, desserts I’ve had, theres only about 2 that I haven’t loved. My friend tasted the White Bean Chicken Chili and was shocked at how delicious it was. Definitely something I would order at a restaurant. I love adding the veggies, and fruits once a day as a smart carb.

Cinnamon Bun Bar… I was seriously drooling over this one! SO DANG GOOD!
Pizza night with my fam! I LOVE that I can still participate with a delicious pizza of my own. Yummy Italian Herb Flatbread Pizza- to die for!
How cute are my little sous chefs helping me blend my delicous energi-ZING shake!
Perfect compliment to my morning coffee… Cinnamon Streusel Muffin. Mmmm…
