It’s week 4! I’m officially 6.9 pounds down, which to be honest was a little disappointing. I was hoping to lose more this week. But, I did have a few drinks at a Superbowl party, and I know that all I have to do is keep at it and success will come. In the past this is the point where I start to get discouraged and start on a path ending in failure. Today, I am choosing a path of success! I know that Nutrisystem and I got this. We GOT THIS!
