Nutrisystem Week 9…My relationships have changed for the better. #NSNation

I can’t believe I have been doing Nutrisystem for almost 2 months. I have not stuck with an eating plan this far in a long time. I love Nutrisystem, I love the food and how the plan works. I absolutely feel like a new person. I am starting to feel great in my clothes. I used to hate going out on dates or going out with my friends. I did not want to put on my too big pants that were supposed to be big but weren’t. I had people telling me all the time, well you just had a baby. But after 6 months I couldn’t say I just had a baby. I did not like how I looked or felt in my clothes.

I am a happier me because I feel healthier! I am learning to exercise and learning how to eat healthier. My relationship with food has changed. I used to turn to food for comfort but now I don’t! I love the food I am eating because I know what I am putting into my body is good for me! I have also noticed a change in the relationships with my friends and husband. I feel great in my clothes, I feel like I am more confident. I also feel like I can stick up for myself when someone says or does something I don’t like. I feel like I can go out and not feel like a frumpy mom, which is what I felt like before.

I love Nutrisystem and love the person I am becoming because of it. My girls have noticed that I am eating healthier and am more active.
