I have been excited to see SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY but I have been worried as well about it living up to my expectations. After seeing the film, I thought it was a really fun movie and I really enjoyed watching it.

I liked the storyline of the film. I loved that we finally got to learn more about Han Solo’s background and where he came from. I especially liked seeing how he meets Chewbacca and more in detail about how he obtains the Millennium Falcon.

Alden Ehrenreich is Han Solo and Joonas Suotamo is Chewbacca in SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY.

I really liked the cast in the movie. I thought they all did well. There were a couple of standouts for me. I thought that Alden Ehrenreich did really well as Han Solo. I felt like he borrowed some of the mannerisms of Harrison Ford’s performance but Ehrenreich also added enough to make the character of Han Solo his own. I bet he felt a lot of pressure to get the character right because he had some big shoes to fill. I loved Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian. He totally stole the show. I thought his performance was perfection.

SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY is rated PG-13 “for sequences of sci-fi action/violence.” This movie has the same amount of violence as the other Star Wars films. If your kids have seen the other Star Wars movies, they will be fine seeing this one.

Joonas Suotamo is Chewbacca, Woody Harrelson is Beckett and Alden Ehrenreich is Han Solo in SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY.

I really liked SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY and can recommend it. It lived up to my expectations and I will definitely watch it again.

“I absolutely loved SOLO. I was entertained from beginning to end and had so much fun finding out some of the back story for Han. I think that Alden Ehrenreich did a fantastic job of playing the iconic character of Han Solo. They were big shoes to fill, but Alden did it, and he did it well. Donald Glover is really great as Lando and I think he brought a flair to that character that no one else could. It truly is a very talented cast and they all did so well in their performances.
