Our family had the amazing opportunity to enjoy a weekend at Kavanaugh’s Sylvan Lake Resort in Brainerd Minnesota. If there was ever a place that was perfect for rest, relaxation, fun, and excitement all wrapped into one it is Kavanaugh’s!

Don’t you love how cozy the cabin is? I just LOVED it! It has such a great cabin feel with some modern twists.

The lakefront views were amazing- we sat every night and just let the kids play and just soaked in the views….
How great is the property? This babbling brook runs throughout and seriously sounds like one of those sound machines I had in the kids’ rooms when they were babies… but it’s the real deal! LOVE!
