The BackYard Trio are a series of children’s Christian books geared towards helping kids learn about the Bible through lovable animal characters. EZ, Scooter, and Avra takes the kids on a journey through the Bible where they learn about the characters and their situations. They target kids ages 5 to 8, but are loved by all ages.

I’m always on the lookout for great books for my boys- they are in 1st grade and Kindergarten, and are so excited about learning to read! I want to foster that love as much as I can, so we purchase quite a few books. It’s hard, though, to find great ones that are Christian and Bible based, which is why I was so excited to be able to review The BackYard Trio series by Jason Burkhardt and Sara Kendall. We LOVE them in our house! First of all, the illustrations are adorable, fun, and incredibly well done. Both my boys and I just love them. Second of all, the stories are fabulous and the authors do a great job of using the three animals (EZ, Scooter, and Avra) to teach us about Bible stories in a way that is interesting and fun. I literally cannot say enough about these books. They are just what we needed in our house. We just love this children’s Christian books, and we know you will too! See below for a GREAT discount!
