My husband and I loved Horrible Bosses (so funny). So we were very excited for Horrible Bosses 2.
“Tired of always answering to others, Nick (Jason Bateman), Dale (Charlie Day) and Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) go into business for themselves. After demonstrating the prototype for an invention called the Shower Buddy, the guys attract the attention of Rex Hanson and his father, Bert. Bert invests in the trio’s product, then cancels the order and steals their idea. Now heavily in debt and with no legal recourse, Nick, Dale and Kurt decide to kidnap Rex and use the ransom money to pay off their loans.”
We both enjoyed this sequel and thought it was very funny. We both were laughing throughout the movie and there were even a couple times we were laughing so hard we could barely breath.
Obviously it is a silly comedy so you can’t take it too seriously. If you plan to go and laugh without any big expectations (like I did) then I think you will really enjoy it. It is silly and inappropriately funny just like the first movie.
It is rated R for strong crude sexual content and language throughout. Definitely leave the kiddos home and enjoy a night out with your significant other or a group of friends.
