I have a baby carrier that I am a big fan of for when my kids are newborns. But now that my son is older, he doesn’t like the ‘tightness’ of the sling and it doesn’t give the option of facing outward, so we put it away a couple of months ago.

The Snazzy Baby Carrier is a great choice for us now! I had a little trouble in the beginning getting all the straps in the right place, but after watching the video tutorial that they sent with the carrier (and a little practice), I have it all figured out. My son can face inward or outward and he isn’t confined in any way. He is such a mommy’s boy, so it’s nice to be able to ‘hold him’ but keep my hands free to do what I need to around the house. But it has a ergonomically designed gel based shoulder strap to evenly distribute your baby’s weight giving you long use comfort. It still puts some stress on my shoulder after a while, but I don’t know of any ‘one-shouldered’ carrier that doesn’t do that. It is designed for children 4+ months (with good head control) up to age 3 (or 37 pounds), but I’m not sure am tough enough to carry my baby in it for that long .

This carrier isn’t just used to CARRY your baby. It also serves as a portable high chair restraint! I love products that multi-task! You can use it as a restraint in a grocery cart too! The carrier is light weight and easily fits inside my diaper bag so I can take it with me wherever I go.
